The May River High School Sharks delivered a commanding performance, defeating Airport High School 37-8 in a football showdown on Friday night.
According to the game summary, from the first whistle, the Sharks set the tone with a strong rushing attack led by senior running back Andrew Johnson. Johnson rushed for 139 yards and scored two touchdowns, including a 50-yard sprint to the end zone. His performance was pivotal in May River’s control of the game.
